From Pain to Performance
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy that treats the whole person, not just the problem.
Both of us bring thorough, unhurried evaluations that go looking for causes rather than symptoms.
The goal isn’t temporary relief.
It’s lasting change that you can maintain long after our work together is done.
Movement Specialist
Work with Cara
Cara’s approach is rooted in movement. She works with people from a variety of walks of life including those navigating running and dance injuries, neurological conditions (Spinal cord Injury, Stroke/CVA, brain injury, MS, etc), perimenopause, postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns and more.
She brings creativity and genuine joy to the process. Movement you actually enjoy is movement you’ll actually do…and that’s where lasting results come from.
- Pain management – back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, pelvic, foot, etc.
- Pelvic Floor (I am not a PF physical therapist, however, I am knowledgeable in the area)
- Postpartum
- Diastasis Recti
- Neurological conditions (Spinal cord Injury, Stroke/CVA, brain injury, MS, etc)
- Running injuries
- Dancing injuries
This is not an exhaustive list! If you need help with something different please reach out and let’s talk about your options.
Movement and Manual Therapy
Work with Cody
Cody’s approach is rooted in hands-on manual therapy. He works with people whose pain and tension have been building for a long time, whose nervous system has quietly shifted into a protective state, and who are ready to understand what’s actually going on rather than manage symptoms indefinitely.
- People who have tried PT or other treatments with only temporary results
- Performers, musicians, and vocalists
- TMJ, headache, and face pain
- Tennis players, pickleballers, runners, gymnasts, hockey players, hikers interested in performance health
- Those with a sensitive nervous system, highly sensitive people, trauma, and/or stress-sensitive pain
- Executives, creatives, knowledge workers, parents and other high-functioning people whose body is feeling the weight of a very full life
